Tom Brady and Gisele Bundchen Seeking Divorce Lawyers

As their relationship becomes more “tense”, Tom Brady and Gisele Bundchen are said to be exploring their options – according to Page Six both have hired divorce attorneys as part of this process.

Brady and Vivian married in 2009, and have since shared two children – son Benjamin and daughter Vivian. Additionally, Brady shares custody of 15-year-old son from Bridget Moynahan from an earlier relationship.

Who is Gisele Bundchen’s divorce lawyer?

Tom Brady and Gisele Bundchen have reportedly hired divorce lawyers, sparking further rumors of strain in their marriage that began when an “epic fight” ensued over Brady’s decision to unretire from football earlier this year. Unfortunately neither party responded to request for comment.

Page Six reported that the model has hired Tom Sasser, one of Florida’s premier divorce attorneys based out of West Palm Beach and known for being aggressive and successful at winning high stakes cases. Sasser works at Sasser, Cestero & Roy law firm as partner and is widely known for representing high profile clients through Sasser’s firm of Sasser Cestero & Roy law.

The New York Post reported on Tuesday that Tom Brady and wife, Cindy, have hired attorneys and are exploring their options when it comes to their marriage, which has been living apart in recent weeks. Married since 2009, they share two children; 12-year-old Benjamin and 9-year-old Vivian. Brady also shares 15-year-old Jack with former flame Bridget Moynahan.

Sources close to the couple tell the Post that they plan on filing for divorce in Florida, where they reside primarily. Furthermore, they would look into dividing up their $26 million property portfolio which includes an oceanfront condo in Manhattan’s Tribeca neighborhood as well as residences in Montana and Florida – and are currently considering custody options as well.

Regarding money matters, The Post notes that Moss and her partner likely entered into a prenuptial agreement as soon as they began dating; this should provide both parties some protection in case their marriage comes to an end.

Even so, there’s no guarantee that they won’t reconcile and decide to stay together; but by hiring attorneys and exploring options together suggests they’re serious about ending their marriage. That is an enormously consequential move given how much the two have invested into their relationship over time. Should they decide to part ways, assets could potentially be split among themselves including property portfolio and endorsement agreements with Hertz and BRADY brand. As part of their divorce settlement, they would likely divide up any joint bank accounts and financial investments they shared as well as possibly setting up an education trust for their children’s education. Celebrity divorce can be fraught with complications; this case is no exception.

Gisele Bundchen’s lawyer

Tom Brady and Gisele Bundchen may soon part ways, according to reports. The seven-time Super Bowl champ and Brazilian beauty wife married in 2009 are reportedly seeking divorce lawyers and exploring their options after having an explosive argument about Brady returning to football post retirement and they reportedly plan on splitting their assets in accordance with those plans.

Sources have informed Page Six that Brady may also hire an attorney; no information has been revealed as to how they plan to split their vast property portfolio, which includes four houses across the U.S. and abroad as well as a $20 million yacht – but one thing is for certain – any split won’t come cheaply.

Newsweek reported that a prominent celebrity divorce attorney warned NFL superstar Peyton Manning could suffer financially if they decide to divorce Gisele Bundchen, as she earned more from modeling than in his 22 years as an NFL player. If they don’t have a prenuptial agreement in place “he could be in big trouble”, according to their attorney.

Reports indicate that Benjamin and Vivian, aged 12 each, as well as John Brady from his previous relationship with Bridget Moynahan are now being separated and custody arrangements made accordingly. But according to PEOPLE sources, their marriage appears imminently set for dissolution as “it’s over.”

If Bundchen and Brady decide to divorce, they would likely file for one in Florida where they reside primarily. Since Hurricane Ian threatened their homes earlier this summer, Bundchen has been living at her rented house while Brady has taken residence at Tampa Bay Buccaneers training facility.

Sue Moss of NYC Divorce Attorney says it is likely a prenuptial agreement will be in place should they divorce, who states it protects both wealth earned prior to marriage and assets acquired during marriage as marital property – in this instance likely divided fairly among them both. Rumors of impending separation began circulating between them early last year – they even considered splitting in 2017 but eventually managed to work things out at that point.
